This does not mean that these are the only punishable rules and punishments [u]WILL[/u] change depending on the severity of the rule broken. It is completely up to the SOD taking your sit to make sure that the rule that is broken is documented on your account in the form of a warning, however the punishment they set will be determined upon your actions and will scale in intensity. Staff do also posses the power to warn people while they are in [u]RP[/u] if the following conditions are met;[/size][/b] [list] [*][b][size=100]There is a witness.[/size][/b] [*][b][size=100]The rule broken was very obvious.[/size][/b] [*][b]The witness is consulted after the warn, or punishment, is in place.[/b] [*][b]The warning is Justifiable.[/b] [/list] [b]This does not mean that the punishment or the warn is not disputable, however if the evidence provided by the staff member is superior and justified, your punishment will not be changed.
